The Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) in collaboration with the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia (CTIM) will hold the Budget Hotline 2011 which is open to the public on Saturday, 16 October 2010. The hotline will be operating from 9.00 am to 12.00 noon.
The hotline will be managed by a panel of tax consultants drawn from the major accounting firms. The main purpose of the above hotline is to provide a convenient channel for the public to seek advice from tax experts on the implication of any changes to the income tax law affecting individuals and businesses, investment incentives and other pertinent issues.
