Please be informed that the following subsidiary tax legislation has been gazetted on 12/03/2013:

1) Income Tax (Exemption) (No.9) Order 2013 [P.U. (A) 88/2013];

2) Income Tax (Deduction For Expenses in relation to Interest and Incidental Cost of Acquiring Loan for Abandoned Projects) Rules 2013 [P.U. (A) 89/2013].
